Apple has minimised the black border so the visible screen size is larger than usual:
l x w / 235 * 164 mm.
This is why the iPad Pro 10.5-inch can not be enclosed in the standard 9-10 inch holders. Hence the launch of a dedicated holder for the 10.5"
